Amulets and Good-Luck Charms
Amulets and good-luck charms are not uncommon in Kilims and Nomadic Carpets.
Symbols in existence for at least a millennium are the triangular “Muska“
and the famous “Eye to ward off evil”. Often, artists embroider
pearls or small pieces of fabric into the Kilim for luck and protection.
